I am quite pleased to see this. A body composed of 40 Republicans and 10 Democrats that needed 26 votes to pass a re-districting measure that would make all 9 of Indiana's HoR seats Red (currently a 7/2 split) failed. According to a local reporter I heard on the news, they just didn't like the Federal government telling them how to run things in Indiana and they decided that principle mattered to them. Very heartening.
