Nitazene supplanting Fentanyl.

I realize his isn't only in the US but the article focuses on US. I've seen warnings about this in Denmark. Especially about eto-nitazene:

40 times more potent than fentanyl and 500 times stronger than heroin.

The general rule is (I think) that Europe is roughly 10 years behind.

One would think so. And I've always thought so. 5 years from US to Sweden, 5 years from Sweden to Denmark. But these warnings have been posted for at least 6 months here. So there are exceptions it seems. Unless it fits, timewise. We've had several deaths already. And "ironically" not from street "heroin" but in blister-packages where you cannot tell the difference. Last time it was professionally packaged Oxycontin.
