I finally figured out the joke. TV creature Trump created a fake feud with TV comedienne Rosie O'Donnell who is presumably of Irish extraction. I guess she moved to Ireland?In this case I do not understand the cartoon, esp. the phrase: "until we agree to take Rosie back".
