To prevent an unscrupulous dictator from having nuclear weapons: US forces bomb US nuclear facilities

The (translated) article:
Los Alamos, Idaho Falls, Livermore (dpo) - A surprising escalation in the United States: To prevent an unscrupulous dictator from acquiring nuclear weapons, the US military bombed several nuclear research facilities today. A Pentagon spokesperson announced this.

"Mission accomplished," the spokesperson said, visibly satisfied. "All aircraft involved in the attacks landed safely, and all targets were hit as planned."

A total of six facilities were completely destroyed in what were at times heavy airstrikes, including the Idaho National Laboratory, the Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where, according to the Pentagon, research on nuclear weapons systems was conducted.

"The United States is ruled by an unpredictable leader who must never possess nuclear weapons," the spokesperson explained. "Today's operations were just the beginning. If Donald Trump does not immediately declare his renunciation of nuclear weapons, we will target other strategic targets."

It is expected that it could take weeks or months to destroy all nuclear facilities. Apparently, the American nuclear program is very extensive and has been operating unhindered for decades.

Afterward, the US Department of Defense plans to target Russia, Israel, Pakistan, China, and North Korea, which also have nuclear research programs and are governed by authoritarian regimes.

Believe it or not:

My current bff and I used to brew beer about 20 years ago. Given that we are both currently peri-70 and doing that Swedish death house cleanup thing, a couple of days ago she asked if I wanted back all of the bottles I loaned her. I said 'no', as I have about 200 Grolsch style bottles that I was thinking of filling with water due to the impending nuclear war. Without flinching, she said; "What a great idea!"

Just now I realized why she had bought over a hundred dollars worth of vegetable seeds earlier this spring, 10 times more than she needs for her 600 square foot garden. It wasn't because she was senile, she was preparing for the end of civilization.

.....

Ok. This is political cartoons.... Ignore the above, and let me know if the following gets me out of trouble.
