I didn't want to search for the original quotation since I do not want to search for anything that has to do with HIM. It is too disgusting, and almost anything makes me angry. But this strongly reminds me of HIS comment that Finland (probably opposed to CA) has no wildfires (which was already wrong) because they rake their forests.
