Suggestion for pre-fix dropdown menu

Click For Summary
The discussion highlights the need for clearer categorization within political forums, particularly in the context of prefixes for threads. It suggests dividing political topics into two distinct categories: one focused on election tactics, including advertising strategies, unethical practices, and funding sources that directly impact election outcomes; and the other on theoretical aspects of governance, encompassing organizational goals and justice-related issues. This separation aims to enhance clarity and facilitate more focused discussions. The proposal includes adding specific prefix labels to better distinguish between practical and theoretical political issues.

When I just posted a new thread in the America Domestic Politics thread, I had to pick a pre-fix. It was about politics (i a politics forum) but there was no choice of politics in the pre-fix menu. I used the poorly descriptive "other" as a prefix.
You might want to consider dividing politics in to two parts.

One would be the strictly win the election tactics and how they are being implemented in the world today. This would include advertising, dirty tricks, money sources. They are all important because they influence the outcomes of elections.

The other might be the more theoretical (less hands-getting dirty practical) aspects of government organization, goals of efforts, and justice issues.
This is worth discussing because it provides direction for any efforts.

one for politics, maybe a way to distinguish practical and more theoretical or ethical political issues.
