SUMMARY

The discussion establishes that Left-wing ideology prioritizes protecting marginalized groups, including ethnic minorities, sexual minorities, disabled people, and women, through subsidies and compensations. This approach is characterized as a form of vote buying, where financial support is exchanged for political loyalty, effectively creating a majority coalition of these groups. The critique highlights that white working-class men bear the financial burden of these policies. The discussion raises legal questions about the explicitness of vote-buying prohibitions in democratic constitutions, specifically referencing the US Constitution and the potential for the US Supreme Court to ban the Democratic Party on these grounds.

PREREQUISITES

  • Understanding of Left-wing political ideology and its historical roots in European humanism
  • Knowledge of minority rights policies and social subsidies in democratic governments
  • Familiarity with constitutional law regarding vote-buying prohibitions in the United States
  • Awareness of US Supreme Court powers and party regulation mechanisms

NEXT STEPS

  • Research US Constitutional provisions and case law on vote-buying and election integrity
  • Analyze the role of subsidies and social welfare policies in electoral strategy
  • Study the legal framework governing political party regulation and potential bans in the US
  • Examine demographic voting patterns and coalition-building among minority groups

USEFUL FOR

Political scientists, constitutional lawyers, policymakers, and analysts studying electoral strategies, minority rights policies, and the legal boundaries of vote-buying in democratic systems.

The ideology of the Left emphasizes protecting the weak. Initially this was a continuation of European humanism, but now this has become exaggerated (a reason why the Right constantly criticizes the Left).
The Left appeals to various groups of people, whom it calls hurt by "white supremacists," and promises to force these supremacists to pay compensations to these minorities. Thus, leftist governments pay all sorts of subsidies to ethnic minorities, sexual minorities, and disabled people; to some extent, the Left also tries to include all women among these hurt groups (feminism). The final result is that white working men are forced to pay money to all these minorities. If we think about it, this is nothing more than vote buying—the Left simply buys the votes of these minorities. And these minorities collectively become the majority.
I wonder how clearly the ban on vote-buying is written into the constitutions and laws of modern democratic countries, in particular US, and whether, purely theoretically, the US Constitutional Court could forbid the Democratic Party on this basis?

I do not know the source of your information, but it could be Fox News, a right wing new outlet.

It seems to me that the US Republican Party does not want to do what is generally done in the EU. Many do not believe that you can be poor in this day and age, so you must be cheating or faking a lack of ability. Some believe that the white race is superior to darker ones.

It has only been by legislation that some have been permitted to advance in our society, and that is because Democrats are willing to help. Republicans have stood in the way of social progress since the beginning of our nation, trying to keep it the way that they like it. Keep it the way that they think it should be, with white men in charge.

Republicans cannot wrap their heads around the fact that women and people of color are as capable as they are. They think that even if they are, they should not be permitted to be.

One thing that many wealthy so not recognize is that they have been advantaged and allowed to excel and prosper based on the rules or lack of them in our society. Thus, they should support a fair and liberal society.

Most Republicans are Christian and yet refuse to adhere to Christ’s teachings and admonitions. They even corrupt His teachings and the Ten Commandments that wealth is a detriment to fulfilling his promises by promulgating the “Prosperity Gospel".
