That said, when I do internet searching, I find that OpenAI is imposing the same restrictions that Anthropic did, so its not clear to me that these restrictions are truly the reason for Antrhopic having issues with the Feds. Maybe it is, and maybe OpenAI is claiming to take a position that if one reads the agreement they are not truly taking, but at least the high level on that is not making a distinction between OpenAI's posture and Anthropic's posture.
